This past Saturday marked the first Southeast Triathlon Expo at The City Hall here in Nashville. Wow, what a cool event! It was packed with vendors related to the triathlon industry and hundreds of people attended throughout the day. I was there for about three hours mingling around, listening to speakers, seeing many familiar faces and making new friends as well. Unfortunately I made the mistake of leaving my camera at home. Next year you will not want to miss this event. Yes, there's a LOT of bicycling equipment there that you'd enjoy.

Team Gerolsteiner riders agree to DNA samples
It appears that many teams are getting their riders to agree to in-house testing of their DNA. The first ProTour team was T-Mobile (see official news release HERE) and now Gerolsteiner, but there have been a few others. Supposedly Rabobank is doing the same, but it reports they are asking for it, not requiring it in contracts.

CSC hasn't posted a news release saying anything, and neither has Discovery Channel. I must do more research before going any further because I am sure I have overlooked some teams.
