Seasons change.....

Isn't this the best time of year to ride a bike or what? Mildly warm weather with no humidity, very little wind, and lots of sun. Looking around and watching the leaves falling means we'll soon be throwing on some arm warmers, then leg warmers, then layers of clothing, and there we go building our base for next season.

A lot of people have either ended their racing season or will do so at River Gorge this weekend. As for me, it continues with a few more races because I'm not ready for the season to end. Honestly, I never really am because it'll mean I've got to wait another six months before competing again. I'll do the last Georgia Cup race in late September, and will hold out for the Greenville Classic in mid-October. Both are great venues and field sizes, especially Greenville.

Hmmm, what about a fall criterium series? Whoa, that thought just came out of the blue. Not a bad idea is it?
