Got your TUE?

Floyd Landis isn't the only one who tested positive at the Tour. Twelve other riders tested positive as well, but unlike Floyd they all had a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE). The big red flag is 60% of the tested riders claim to have a TUE.
