Lovely weekend
My bike remained in Lebanon and untouched all weekend. Not what my coach wants to hear of course, but it's the truth. Although, as I reviewed the site's statistics for Saturday and Sunday I have incontrovertible proof that I am not alone. We all lost fitness.
Visits and page views were more than doubled for both days. I can assume that's partly due to a link on DailyPeloton about a press release for Victory Brewing Women's Cycling Team in 2006. However, I still say plenty of Nashvillians sipped coffee and ate chili all day.
NashvilleCyclist.com diarist Katharine Carroll signed to race for Victory in 2006. Keep your eyes open for diary updates throughout the winter and 2006 season from Katharine. I know she's excited about this new opportunity, and in all likelihood she'll make her presence known many times over in the women's pro peloton.

Wrong! We knocked your bike over a few times while heading out on, or coming back from, training rides on BOTH Saturday and Sunday.
