We're fortunate to have a local voice at the national level. Not only can Frank use his experience as a racer, promoter and official to help Tennessee racing, but also provide us with timely information and insight that can improve our racing culture locally. We can't be involved or help if we aren't informed, but with Frank's presence on the Board of Trustees we're ahead of the curve.
