A lot to read

I'm fortunate to have quite a few people willing to devote their time to occasionally writing informative articles and diaries. The last few days have marked a flurry of posts to the main site at NashvilleCyclist. Todd, Jesse, Zach and Daniel all made contributions within the last three or four days. You all have some catching up to do.

Start off with Zach's latest entry as he talks about his season wrap-up before taking off to school at Furman. Then move on to the latest roster addition to the diary team, Daniel Matheny. Daniel brings a lot of mountain biking experience to the table, and he's super motivated to develop a broader base of riders interested in off-road rides.

Just when you thought retirement meant fading off into the sunset you're brought back to fill the void. Since Jesse accepted the role of Team Director for the Jittery Joe's-Zero Gravity team I felt he would provide a unique perspective that readers will enjoy. In his latest entry Jesse catches everyone up on his recent marriage to Jen, and the liklihood of a large regional race he's promoting in 2006.

Last but not least we have a great article about power based training from Todd Nordmeyer. This post is part one of a three part series regarding the latest trend to utilize power data to develop specific training plans. Todd defines power and gives examples of the benefits when training with power.

So get a cup of coffee, a few pastries, and then click away and enjoy the info!
