Collegiate Tour Baby! - Movie Premier Benefits Cycling

As you can see from the main page there is a big cycling fundraising event this coming Monday, February 4th on the campus of Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN. The event is a movie premier of Scott Coady's Tour Baby Deux!, a 97 minute documentary of a behind the scenes view of the 2005 Tour de France, which of course is Lance Armstrong's seventh and final consecutive victory. The fundraising event will benefit the Davis Phinney Foundation (Parkinson's disease), USA Collegiate Cycling and the Cumberland University Cycling Team.

The exciting evening begins with a silent auction at 6:00 PM while the movie will begin shortly before 7:30 PM. There will also be a separate raffle once the movie has concluded, so you will want to make plans to stay throughout the evening. There will also be a team presentation of the Cumberland University Cycling Team. The whole event will take place in Cumberland's historic Baird Chapel in Memorial Hall.

Tickets can be purchased online at http://collegiatetourbaby.com/nashville.html for just $20, $15 for students with ID. There is a VIP ticket price of $50 which includes front and center seating as well as a signed DVD of the movie Tour Baby Deux!. Tickets can be purchased at the door provided the event does not sell out in advance. Remember, it's a fundraiser so come prepared to bid on some exciting items and mingle with fellow cycling fans and enthusiasts from across Tennessee.

Please visit HERE for directions to Memorial Hall on the campus of Cumberland University.
