Floor exercise

This post's title isn't what you think. I am actually referring to floor exercise more in line with the gymnastic variety, but on bicycles. Better yet, think synchronized swimming without water, but on bicycles.

I have internet cable and the video is still choppy. I don't know if it's my connection or the quality of the video. Also, the server hosting the video may not have capable capacities.
