Motivating at HOW 100

Expect to see NashvilleCycist.com at the HOW 100 event this Saturday taking pictures and providing motivation to all the ladies in the event. I won't be riding the whole ride, but more so in specific areas to get great photos and provide support (and maybe a push!) on difficult terrain.

I am VERY excited to help play a role in the success of the event. Come up and say hello if you see a guy in a NC.com uniform helping out Vida and her crew before the 8 AM start.
