Tyler's appeal begins today

Tyler Hamilton's appeal hearing starts today, and according to him should last approximately a week. No other details about the appeal are provided within his latest diary post on TylerHamilton.com.

What I found more interesting was his recent charity work related to his foundation, and stories about his friends that he's helped along the way during recent events. The celebration he experienced through the achievements of his less fortunate friends is a cool read.

I don't know if he blood doped or not, and to be honest at this point I don't care. I do know this, personal experience included, all of us go through tough times for a reason. Some reasons known at the time while light isn't shed on others until much later in life. Not because you yourself need to experience pain as much as you need to stop and recognize what's around you and how you can make an impact elsewhere.

As I was reading his post I was thinking, "this is why you aren't racing and exactly where you need to be right now." Tyler seems to recognize this towards the end of his post.
