Cyclist charged....
A cyclist in Oregon has been charged with manslaughter for killing a pedestrian after running a stop sign. The 51 year old male rider struck a 71 year old female crossing the street at an unmarked crossing.

A cyclist should definitely be held accountable for actions on the bike that causes harm to others. There are no specific details about how fast the cyclist was traveling upon impact.
