Endeavor Cycling - indoor training series!

If you have been looking for a New Year's resolution then I have the perfect suggestion for 2007. We are excited to promote that on January 2nd Nashville's cycling community will be able to take part in it's first winter indoor training series!

Please visit NashvilleCyclist.com to see the new banner ad and PDF flyer from Endeavor Cycling.

This indoor training series is being conducted by Tennessee racing legend Todd Nordmeyer of Nashville, a USA Cycling certified coach. Todd is also the official coach of NashvilleCyclist.com, and you can read some of his coaching tips on our website. Todd's racing exploits are extraordinary as he won the overall TBRA jersey competition as an elite category 1 rider in 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2003. If there was a Tennessee Cycling Hall of Fame then Todd would be its first inductee.

Todd is holding three separate five week sessions focusing on three distinct areas: 1- leg speed and efficient pedaling development, 2 - strength and power development, and 3 - threshold and aerobic capacity development. Each of those key areas will have five weeks of training devoted to its improvement with classes meeting twice per week. These classes are open to riders of all abilities and disciplines.

All training classes will be conducted on CompuTrainer Multiriders, which means you get to view your progress on the same virtual coarse as your classmates, on your own bike, as your heart rate and wattage are displayed ahead. The training will take place at S.T.E.P.S. Fitness Center on 21st Ave South in Nashville.

Sure, there may be spin classes held all over town at area gyms, but none of them are on the level of Endeavor Cycling. The knowledge and experience gained through Todd Nordmeyer will not only help you become a better cyclist, but it will also give you the confidence that you are following a plan from a proven competitor.

Todd Nordmeyer's coaching services are the most sought after in Tennessee, so jump on this opportunity and sign up to train like a pro!
