Bob Roll - YES !
It is now 100% official, Bob Roll will be the guest speaker at this year's annual TBRA banquet. This banquet will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2006. More details about the location and annual morning TBRA ride will be posted soon.
Bob Roll is now best known as the informative and amazingly comical cycling commentator on OLN. Bob is a former professional cyclist in the US and spent considerable time racing in Europe. I don't know his palmares, but I do know he competed in the Giro d'Italia and Tour de France several times. If you've listened to him during the Tour coverage then you've heard him tell countless stories about his racing experience in Europe. I would expect his presentation at the TBRA banquet to be one of the best we've ever had, so you do not want to miss it!
