Better for us to begin this discussion a week before the Tour instead of at its start next weekend. Regardless if Lance did or did not use drugs in the past it should not overshadow the 2006 Tour de France. This year's Tour could potentially be the most interesting and exciting to watch, but if this story dominates then it'll be a dark cloud over the whole month of July.
