Missingsaddle.com taps local guru
Missingsaddle.com came through Nashville recently and caught up with local personal fitness trainer Johnny Pryor. Johnny is well known in town as an outstanding personal trainer, but he also races bikes as a category 2 rider.
Scott Skiles of Missingsaddle provides a video podcast interview with Johnny titled "Fitness Guru". The interview discusses Johnny's background and approach to fitness and life in general. Johnny mentioned to me he and Scott know each other from their days back in Kentucky where Johnny is originally from.
You'll notice the interview starts out at Fido before making their way to a local park for a workout demonstration. Then they head over to the guru's zen-like Buddhist pad before catching un-fit runners on the roads of Nashville.
The video can only be viewed with Apple's Quiktime video viewer, but it can be downloaded for free HERE.
The quality of the video is great if you've got broadband, which makes downloading Quiktime worth the time and effort. Missingsaddle has other video interviews to check out as well, such as David Zabriskie and Jason McCartney.
