You can choose which team to view, and then see who left or was added to the squad. You will also find contact information, sponsorship info, and who is within the management structure. It really is a useful resource and laid out quite well within the framework of the site.
If only the rosters were broken down into different categories like other sports do for positions. Teams could classify riders for GC, time-trialist, climber, sprinter, domestique, Classics, grand tours, etc.
A simple lineup card before the beginning of each race would go a long way for fans to follow the sport more closely. This would be a practical way for everyone to be more knowledgeable about each rider's unique skills and how it affects the team's ability to succeed.
