Bahamian Bolian

Since I am privy to cool website statistics I know there are many readers who bypass the main site and come directly to this blog. Hopefully those of you who do still check out NashvilleCyclist.com on a regular basis to stay on top of updates.

The latest post is a diary from Zach Bolian about his recent ZMG team trip to the Bahamas. Everyone will want to read about his experience and view the pictures. What a wonderful experience for a young kid following his dream.

Zach enjoyed considerable success as a junior, but the last few seasons have been a struggle to reach his potential. He has endured every imaginable bad luck situation you can think of which has held him back. I really believe he's turning a corner and putting the road blocks behind him.

His new team environment with ZMG appears to suit him and has provided extra motivation to perform. The Bahama trip aside, I'd still say that. Not only through his diary comments, but my conversations with him lead me to believe he's found a comfortable home to excel.

Therefore, I predict that 2006 will be Zach's breakout season.

All athletes with above average talent go through slumps, but their talent and determination always fight through the slump to reach new heights. Zach is on his way. Hide and watch him.
