Landis' claims disputed
It's already leaking out via the New York Times that Floyd Landis did have unnatural testosterone in his system.
What I find to be even more puzzling is why Floyd Landis would wait five days to request the B sample, and why would the UCI not have already taken steps to do the very same thing? I can understand Floyd reeling from the news, but Pat McQuaid of the UCI appears to not be in too much of a hurry to have this matter resolved. Now we find out because of vacations at the lab it could be late August or early September before a final result is released.
What tha'?
I bet you all were like me in thinking the test of the B sample was already being done. Nope. If it's a two and half day job then we should already have those results. Seriously, get on the ball and do something! We're not talking about some po-dunk race in the middle of nowhere Europe. This is the Tour de France we're trying to sort out!
This further proves that those involved in the witch hunts of cyclists are not really interested at getting to the bottom of the truth. I know some of the cyclists bring it upon themselves and that Floyd pissed positive, but in nearly every case everyone has settled for tabloid headlines and character assassinations. If truth, justice and credibility meant anything they would follow up quickly and perform their due diligence.
Everyone is too busy standing around pointing fingers, but nobody is actually doing anything to fix the problem. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians.

Landis was waiting to request the B sample while he tried to help his parents through the media shit storm, and the NY Times story has already proven sketchy. We know you don't like floyd, but come on.
